Our guesthouse is located on the second floor of an elegant 19th-century building at Via Otranto 36 and offers a completely new, bright, and tastefully furnished space. It features two Junior Suites, both very spacious, bright, and comfortable, each with a private bathroom with shower.
The VINYL JUNIOR SUITE boasts two large windows, one with an elegant balcony, making it very bright. It can accommodate three guests in total, thanks to the addition of a comfortable sofa bed.

The GREEN JUNIOR SUITE features two separate areas: a bright, windowed bedroom with a welcoming canopy bed, and a reading or relaxation room where you can also listen to good music thanks to a record player and a small collection of vinyl records.
Both Junior Suites have very spacious bathrooms equipped with all amenities: shower, bidet, toilet, hairdryer, soap, shampoo, and towels.
Each apartment features a tea/coffee corner with a kettle and coffee maker, and a small mini-fridge for all your essentials. Upon entering, you'll find a reception desk and a small common area where you can refresh yourself with fresh water always available. All rooms have free Wi-Fi and heating/air conditioning. We've created comfortable, spacious spaces where you can retreat after a day exploring the wonders of the Eternal City. The apartment is located in the Prati neighborhood, one of the most charming and elegant areas of the Eternal City. This location makes the Lungotevere, Castel Sant'Angelo, and St. Peter's Square a pleasant stroll away, as well as numerous other activities: visiting museums, shopping on Via Ottaviano and Via Cola di Rienzo, enjoying delicious food, and spending pleasant moments with a coffee or an aperitif. Our accommodation's location also allows you to immerse yourself in the characteristic Mercato Trionfale, one of the city's largest and most iconic markets, where you can find a vast array of traditional products.
The area's central location is also enhanced by the proximity of the Metro line A: the Ottaviano stop is just steps from the accommodation. The metro takes you to the city center in just a few minutes, including Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese, the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, and the central Via del Corso with its shops and hidden gems.
