Eufonia Apartment was founded in Rome from a desire for change, to build something of our own, and to grow it over time with passion, commitment, and trust. After over twenty years of experience in the airport sector, Antonio Santoro decides in 2021 to undertake a new professional path by founding AvemA Srl, with the aim of investing in the tourism and hospitality sector.

The project takes shape in July 2021 with the opening of the first holiday home, Eufonia Vinyl Friendly Apartment, dando vita a un’idea chiara: creare una piccola famiglia di strutture capaci di offrire un’accoglienza autentica, curata e profondamente umana. 

Negli anni successivi il progetto cresce con nuove aperture e nuove persone, affrontando anche i momenti più complessi per il settore, sempre guidato da un valore fondamentale: trust, understood as a mental attitude and evolutionary strategy.

Hi, I'm Antonio Santoro, born in Rome in 1974, the city where I still live and work today. After over twenty years of experience in the airport sector, in March 2021 I chose to embark on a new professional path by founding AvemA Srl, with the aim of investing in the tourism and hospitality sector. As owner and legal representative, I am responsible for the company's financial, administrative, and logistical management. A desire for change and the will to build a solid, growing project have been the driving force behind my continued success, even during the most challenging years for this sector. This commitment is based on a fundamental value for me: trust, understood as a mindset and evolutionary strategy in relationships with collaborators and suppliers.

The project takes shape in July 2021 with the opening of the first holiday home, Eufonia Vinyl Friendly Apartment, from which the idea of ​​creating a small reality of Holiday Homes and Guesthouses under the name was born Eufonia Apartment. In the following years, more were added Eufonia Vatican Apartment, Eufonia Gemelli Apartment and, in 2023, the first Guest House with three rooms, Eufonia Vatican Days, providing continuity to a path aimed at the consolidation and growth of the Eufonia Apartment family.

Antonella has lived in Rome for over twelve years and has transformed her passion for foreign languages ​​and tourism into a true passion for hospitality. With a degree in Foreign Languages ​​and Cultures, she speaks English, Spanish, and French and has gained significant experience in the hotel industry, working as a receptionist in Roman boutique hotels from 2016 to 2020.

At Eufonia Apartment, she is the face and voice of hospitality: she assists guests from the moment they book until their arrival at the property, offering assistance, advice, and suggestions to help them make the most of their stay in the Eternal City.
Today, her role has expanded to include back office management, reservations, online portals, and communications, becoming a central figure in the project's growth.

Mattia is 23 years old and has been working in the short-term rental industry for three years, ensuring guests have a comfortable and worry-free experience from the moment they arrive. He speaks English and Spanish, a skill that allows him to welcome and assist international guests with professionalism and availability.
Her duties include logistics and warehouse management, setting up and checking apartments before guests arrive, as well as check-in and assistance throughout their stay. She also manages social media, helping to promote the properties and communicate effectively with guests.
Precision, organization, and attention to detail are the aspects that guide her work, with the aim of always offering quality service and a careful welcome at every stage of your stay.
